A career as a Senior Advisor in Marketing Intelligence - Digital Performance in the Martech team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in measuring and enhancing the user experience, where your passion for data and your ability to formulate strong arguments based on it will be at the heart of your daily mission.

You act as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams in business and technology projects for the Digital sector.

This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your skills in business analysis and communication, which contribute to the implementation of new technologies.

Your Job

  • Analyze the data needs of stakeholders, understand strategic issues, and propose solutions that respect the bank's guiding principles.
  • Use in-depth data analyses to formulate and defend arguments during strategic decision-making.
  • Regularly present data-based insights at meetings with stakeholders to influence strategic and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business line partners, IT, UX, and business intelligence teams to analyze and optimize platform performance and digital experience.
  • Conduct high-level and detailed impact analyses from all angles with the help of specialists.
  • Make proposals for change management strategy to guide self-service and develop data usage.
  • Document and effectively communicate analyses and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Within the Martech sector, you are part of a team of 10 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Martech Analytics. Our team stands out for being dynamic and seeking to change the landscape of marketing and digital customer experience.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in using data to argue and convince in a professional context.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the business implications of data to various audiences, including non-specialists.
  • Skills in business analysis in a technology-driven ecosystem.
  • Experience within a transactional/connected ecosystem and mobile application is an asset.
  • Experience in business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in using data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
