Do you want to have a versatile experience and work in internal communication (employees) and customers as well? This opportunity is for you with a shared mandate.
The ideal profile sought:
Creativity and resourcefulness
Attention to detail and rigor
Ability to deliver messages clearly
Writing skills, ideally in both official languages
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Sharepoint
Fluency with HTML.
The internship offered: 2 teams dedicated to communication within marketing (ECN)
3 days a week with the Voice of the Customer team (60% of your time)
The mission of the VoC Valorization division is to promote the voice of the customer to encourage the organization to develop customer centricity by facilitating customer feedback on various forums intended for employees. Here are some examples:
Prepare Yammer-like posts (short post)
Prepare feature articles on specific topics on Sharepoint (long publication)
Creation of the section in the “Customer knowledge and more” directory
Update of the pages of the Our client site, including the client research section
Creation of new pages following a brief from the applicant
Recovery of certain content to make it evolve (review format & update)
Video animation / editing and explore different types of content (podcast or other) according to your personal skills and interests
2 days a week with the CRM team (40% of your time)
The mission of the CRM Integration team is to communicate a precise personalized message to our customers at the right time, via our various communication channels via our conversational ecosystem.
To help us in our mission, here are some examples:
Project analysis and process improvements
Document business application processes
Creation of user guides
Updating team intranets
During your internship...
Work environment: Work in hybrid mode, i.e. 40% face-to-face in order to develop tangible relationships with your team. The candidate will be guided on a daily basis in order to support her in the various mandates under her responsibility.
