A career as a Wealth Management Assistant is a job where your ability to work in synergy with clients and colleagues is emphasized. In this role, you help Investment Advisors stand out by providing exceptional client service to make a long-term positive impact with our clients. 

Your role:

  • Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders (clients, advisors, and various staff).
  • Provide superior customer service in person, on the phone and by email.
  • Analyze client accounts for activities related to the development of the Investment Advisors' business.
  • Accurately complete investment account transactions.
  • Open and maintain client files.
  • Coordinate the advisors' agenda, make appointments and prepare meetings with clients.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed.

Your team:

National Bank Financial Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment dealer in Canada. We have close to 1,000 Investment Advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients in approximately 100 branches. Under regional management, you will team up with an Investment Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience.  Collaboration and partnership will be the keys to your success.

Prerequisite:

  • Completed college degree in an industry related field.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a relevant field such as banking, customer service or administrative role
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
