By joining our agricultural financing team, we offer you the opportunity to support agricultural businesses in your region in all of their financial projects and to be part of a team of over 90 agricultural specialists, recognized for the quality of their advice.

You will contribute to the financial health of your clients through your expertise in sales consulting and your interest in business development in the agricultural sector.

This position will have a portfolio covering the Chaudière-Appalaches region.

Your main challenges:
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in your market and increase your agricultural client base
  • Ensure that you meet the evolving needs of your clients by maintaining regular contact with them to optimize your financial product offering
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients, ensuring that they meet the risk management standards and profitability criteria sought
  • Achieve the various objectives set by the business line
  • Maintain the quality of your loan and deposit portfolio while ensuring its growth and maximizing its profitability by assuming a consulting role in line with the needs of the clientele
  • Ensure your visibility and that of the Bank through social involvement in your community and with various organizations and professional associations
  • Identify the risks inherent to the activities of the Personal and Commercial sector.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and relevant experience OR University certificate and relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in the agricultural field and strong sales and business development skills
  • Experience in business development
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent ability to work in a team
