A career as an intern in international payment operations at National Bank offers you a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in the evolution and execution of strategies across all business sectors. By actively participating in various processes related to international payments, you will contribute to the continuous transformation of the Bank.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support daily activities related to transaction settlement in the international payments sector under the supervision of a manager.

    Gradually acquire mastery of business processes to become a training reference in this field.

    Demonstrate rigor and autonomy in the execution of daily tasks.

    Contribute to problem-solving by anticipating certain needs and suggesting simple solutions.

    Identify minor discrepancies in operational processes and participate in communication with partners to ensure follow-up.

    Collaborate with various teams within the Bank to provide basic support to stakeholders in the context of operations.

    Collect and transmit accurate information to assist in decision-making and propose ideas for improvement in internal processes.

Your Team

This position reports to the Director of the Global Wire team, with whom you will collaborate daily within a dynamic team of several specialists. You will join a passionate and growing group of 32 analysts and senior analysts. The team is responsible for the efficiency of operations related to international payments, and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in an environment that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration, and innovation. Our team stands out for its dynamism and collaborative spirit, creating a stimulating and friendly work environment.

Working Conditions

Working hours include both telecommuting and in-office days. We prioritize continuous learning in various forms: practical learning, available training, and collaborations with colleagues with diverse expertise.

Prerequisites

  • College diploma or any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
  • Ability to provide fast and efficient customer service.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite.
  • Great ability to work under pressure, with versatility, meticulousness, and rigor.

Special Conditions

The candidate must be available according to operational needs, including on certain holidays.

English, French
