This position reports to the  .

Main challenges
  • Carry out and coordinate parts of studies, research projects and analyses, contributing to the development of human resources policies, practices and programs
  • Provide information useful for decision-making and formulate recommendations to improve human resources management activities
  • Take full responsibility for the advisory function and offer advanced technical support to stakeholders regarding the interpretation and application of policies, procedures and programs relating to human resources management activities
  • Direct or participate in various surveys and collect relevant information for the Bank's human resources databases
  • Analyze and interpret the data collected and compare them with that of the market
  • Assist in the planning and development of the labour pool
  • Help implement training or information activities designed for employees and managers
  • Establish collaborative working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders in order to better achieve the department's objectives

Qualifications - External

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of relevant experience
  • Bilingualism both spoken and written (English and French)

 

 
For the compensation associated with this position, click on salaryranges.  While only one level is posted, the manager has the latitude to position the selected candidate at a lower level, depending on his profile.
