As a digital expert reporting to the Senior Director – Wealth Management Digital Strategy, you will be fully involved in the change.
You will provide direct advice on digital strategies to various digital experts and internal partners. You will help them define their needs and identify effective and innovative solutions to meet them.
Your main responsibilities
Oversee the vision and experience of digital information for the domain under your responsibility in order to meet the needs of users
Be responsible for product scope, lifecycle and evolution, as well as knowledge of metrics Perform diagnostics, make recommendations and ensure they are properly implemented
Mobilize different experts in the planning of roadmaps under your responsibility, and carry out strategic projects
Analyze problems, impacts and issues on ecosystems, ensure consistency and influence decisions
Be an expert advisor on digital best practices for stakeholders and propose value-creating digital solutions.



SKILLS
Ability to efficiently and quickly prioritize activities that maximize business value for customers and the organization
Ability to summarize information and explain complex IT architecture concepts in simple terms to non-specialists
Influential leadership skills and strong team spirit
Excellent ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Ability to effectively manage uncertainty
Resourceful and independent
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6-8 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of SEO, AEM and Adobe Target an asset
Knowledge of digital accessibility
In-depth knowledge of UX, SEO and digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of the banking industry, particularly the wealth management and investment industries, an asset
Functionally bilingual, spoken and written (English and French), as you will be dealing with partners (clients, service providers, consultants) across Canada.
