Being an Advisor, Governance and Center of Excellence means being part of a team responsible for influencing decisions, orientations, policies on operational mechanisms and the continuous improvement of tools and processes aimed at meeting the various obligations. regulations and/or internal policies affecting the Procurement sector and governance.
It means acting as an expert advisor to stakeholders and leaders in your sector and supporting the implementation of activities by providing operational expertise focused on the processes and technical aspects of the Ariba tool.

More details about your role?
Interact with managers/advisers, groups of experts (associated with the process of acquiring goods and services) and the various sectors of the Bank to offer them advisory support, collaborate in problem solving and influence decisions
Ensure proper coordination of upgrades of technical tools used within Ariba/SAP; assist/train all users on the functionalities of the tool; ensure on an ongoing basis the integrity and completeness of the information contained in the tool's database
Create and implement the modifications required for the proper functioning of Ariba modules according to operational needs and in line with the requirements of the governance and supplier risk management program
Create and manage the various performance and risk indicators
Collaborate in the definition, maintenance, integration of policies, directives and standards to be respected for each key process
Manage the implementation of controls and the application of the Procurement governance program
Manage access through internal and external stakeholders
Produce and manage the various reports / dashboards required for daily supply operations
Responsible for the continuous update of the supplier classification
Act as a “coach” with colleagues/advisors within the framework of your mandates and responsibilities

requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity (e.g., procurement, technology, project management, operations management) and three years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and two years of relevant experience OR Undergraduate university certificate and six years of relevant experience
Title in project management, desirable
Experience in process management and improvement
Coaching experience desirable
Experience in a regulatory context related to procurement and/or supplier evaluation, desirable
Expertise/experience in using Ariba/SAP tool, desirable
Mastery of Microsoft tools, more specifically advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables
Knowledge of financial/accounting tools such as Essbase and detailed analysis
Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English, essential
