Being a Senior Manager – PO ACSS means being part of the team responsible for transforming the world of payments at the NBC
Payment Hub & Rails is looking for a Senior Director - PO who will be responsible for the delivery of TFE and EDI projects within the Payment Hub program and the management of the payment rails that make up ACSS.

Your job:
Ensure optimal management of your team by creating an engaging climate that reflects your qualities as an accomplished leader
Anticipate human resources development needs through personalized coaching based on organizational changes and the Bank's strategic directions
Engage and coach your team members to increase engagement, retention and develop talent
Manage, unify and prioritize project and run the bank backlogs for TFE-EDI
Act as a leader within the Payment Hub program
Ensure the follow-up of project budgets & application maintenance
Develop the vision and evolution of ACSS rail
Coordinate regulatory changes affecting ACSS
Ensure the evolution and management of knowledge and succession related to ACSS rail
Support IT teams for the delivery of the domain's business capabilities
Actively participate in domain governance activities: demand management, architectural alignment and domain lifecycle governance
Ensure the management of internal and external stakeholders including the definition and monitoring of performance and the implementation of SLO/SLA
Act as a strategic leader in incident and breakdown management.
You will be called upon to managea small team of content and PO experts working mainly in the delivery of the TFE project in the Payment Hu b program.

Exigences 
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and 8 years of relevant experience
Experience in managing in a context of transformation OR demonstrate very strong leadership with extensive process experience
Experience in large projects in the financial community, preferably in terms of payments
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will work closely with colleagues outside Quebec
Preferred skills:
Demonstrate interest in developing new skills and getting out of your comfort zone
Demonstrate experience in a learning environment
